Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can fill in the contact form or email us directly via [email protected].

If your return is accepted, we will contact you and arrange for a courier of our choosing to collect the book from your designated address. If due to your fault, the courier cannot collect at the day/time agreed, any additional costs incurred will come off the amount we return to you. The total amount you receive as your refund will be the price you paid for the book/books minus our total shipping cost to you (including relevant insurance) plus the cost of the return shipping back to us (including relevant insurance). Once we receive the return, you will receive your portion of the refund within 5 working days.

If the value of your book/books was less than £200 then we will simply ask you to return the book/books back to us and as soon as we receive them (providing there are no issues) we will issue a refund for the full amount paid within 3 working days.
