Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

The book presented here is a first edition, first printing of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. This copy was signed in blue pen to the dedication page in July 2000 at Hatchards London, following the conclusion of J.K. Rowling’s Hogwarts Express Tour for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The book is accompanied by an original letter from Hatchards which was given out with signed copies of the book.

This particular copy is in near fine condition which appears unread with some bumping to the bottom of the spine. The top of the spine seems to be unaffected and in fantastic condition. The top and bottom of the page edges and the fore-edge are surprisingly white, however there is some very minor spotting to the top edge. Aside from this the book is in beautiful condition, with a square and tight binding, sharp corners and no colour fading. Internally, there are no ownership inscriptions, stamps, tears or dog eared pages. The dust jacket is in fine condition with no creases and no colour fading at all.

The signature comes fully authenticated by Adam Houston ‘theharrypotterspecialist’ the world’s leading expert in authenticating Jo’s signature. It comes with a full authentication package including a letter of authenticity, collector card and outstanding provenance in the form of the original letter from Hatchards. Included is a blue quarter leather clamshell box with gold gilt lettering to the spine.
