The Malayalam translation of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is considered the most difficult translation to find of all Harry Potter books 2-7. The Malayalam translation of Chamber of Secrets was Peter Kenneth – thePotterCollector’s last book he was able to find to complete his collection.
The Malayalam Harry Potter books coming out of India are notoriously found in terrible condition. This is one of a handful of copies known to exist with its gold foiling still present to the front cover and to the spine as well as the Manjul sticker on the front cover. This particular copy has all of its pages present and in tact with no rips or tears of any kind. There are some minor creases to the top right corner of the front wrapper but with no creases along the spine, this book looks unread. This is by far the best condition I have even seen either in person or online for this particular book. Internally there are no ownership inscriptions, but there is visible foxing throughout and some library stamps to the first few pages.
Overall, this is a fantastic copy, one you will struggle to find in such good condition for this book.
